1. About This Service
Helping The Hurt is a marketing and attorney-matching service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal services. Information on this website is for general informational and marketing purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
2. Who Represents You
The law firm we market for is Cooper Law, licensed in the State of Georgia. Where appropriate, we may instead vet and connect you with another independent attorney whom we have confirmed holds an active, valid bar license in good standing and has positive client reviews. Any legal representation is provided solely by the law firm or attorney you separately engage — not by Helping The Hurt.
3. No Attorney–Client Relationship; No Guarantee
Contacting us or submitting your information does not create an attorney–client relationship, does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your matter, and does not guarantee any particular outcome. An attorney–client relationship is formed only by a signed written agreement directly with a law firm. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome.
4. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
By submitting a form or calling, you consent to be contacted by Helping The Hurt and the law firm(s) we connect you with by phone, text, and email — including by automated technology — at the contact details you provide, regarding your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the person authorized to submit it. We do not make false or misleading statements about legal outcomes, and we do not claim to be the attorneys who will handle your case.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helping The Hurt is not liable for any decisions made by, or the conduct, advice, or outcomes of, any law firm or attorney you are connected with. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted.
